Vivek Ganti, CEO

As an electrical engineer, Vivek Ganti saw how innovative teams solve hard problems by moving fast and collaborating constantly. Policies, legal hurdles, and business processes were rarely top of mind when momentum mattered most.

He later spent more than 15 years practicing IP law as a litigator and in-house IP risk manager, advising technology companies on how to protect their intellectual property. That experience revealed the hidden cost of open collaboration. Business relationships eventually end, and when they do, companies are often left with a familiar unease: a former partner now has deep access to their know-how, and enforcing legal rights after the fact is difficult, expensive, and uncertain.

Companies are forced to choose between frictionless collaboration and IP protection. NDAs alone are not enough, and relying on employees to consistently apply legal best practices is not ideal. Tradelok stems from the belief that companies should not have to choose.

Before launching the company, Vivek spoke with more than 50 in-house counsel and security professionals who agreed that managing IP risk through contracts and training alone is no longer sufficient. Teams need a practical, cost-effective way to protect IP that works at the speed of the business. Tradelok delivers.

Anjani is an AI product and engineering leader who has built and launched production-grade AI systems across automotive, SaaS, retail, and broader enterprise environments. Most recently, she founded Picquora, delivering AI-driven solutions that solve high-impact, real-world problems where accuracy, scale, and security matter.

She has led end-to-end development of multiple SaaS platforms and combines deep technical expertise with a relentless passion for simple, best-in-class user experiences, believing that usability is as critical to product success as the underlying AI.

Earlier in her career, she launched supply chain technology solutions inside major retail companies, collaborating with numerous vendors and partners—experience that gave her a deep, practical understanding of how easily IP and trade secrets can leak, and how to design systems that protect them by default.

As CPTO, she focuses on turning advanced AI into defensible, scalable products that customers love to use—and that rigorously safeguard their data, IP, and competitive edge.
